I am a Red Album apologist. There is just too much great stuff here to be overshadowed by such universally accepted crap. The Rivers-penned songs are some of the best in many years, and the deluxe edition (4 extra songs) prove that if they were included and the rest of the band’s songs deleted, then it’s vying for 3rd place in Weezer’s discography.
